Duties of the Membership Coordinator

  • Maintains the membership list, updating this information in a timely manner.
  • Works with the Treasurer and Webmaster to keep the electronic list of members/subscribers up to date.
  • Works with the Sergeant-at-Arms to register members and guests at general meetings.
  • Provides and maintains member and guest sign-in sheets for all general meetings.
  • Works with the PCO Coordinator, existing PCO’s and general members to recruit new PCO’s and new general members.
  • Performs such duties as may be assigned by the Chair.
