Messages from the First Vice Chair

Duties of the First Vice-Chair:

  • Presides at all general and Executive Board meetings in the absence of the Chair.
  • Is a member of the State Democratic Chairs Organization.
  • Is a non-voting member of the Snohomish County Democratic Central Committee Executive Board.
  • Performs such duties as may be assigned by the Chair.
  • Becomes the Chair if there is a permanent vacancy in that office, regardless of gender.
