Amendments to these proposed Bylaws, Standing Rules, and Policies and Procedures are allowed from the floor of the reorganization meeting.

Proposed Changes

The membership waiting periods were changed from 30 days to 20 days, in Bylaws sections (II.2.4) and (II.2.1.5), because there are only 21 days between the December and January general meetings.

Other changes are limited to spelling, grammar, dates, bulleting, agreement, and document format. Changes are highlighted in yellow.

The Standing Rules and Policies and Procedures documents were converted from HTML to Word documents.
